*Note: Please refer to the maintenance section of your lease agreement as to the responsibility of your maintenance request. In the event the tenant is responsible for the requested repair, the landlord will submit a bill for payment to the tenant for said repair.

All regular maintenance requests are processed Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. Urgent requests will be processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
